Payment for orders which are valid for delivery can be made through 1. the Paypal portal (the safe and easy way to pay online) where you may use debit/credit card or your own PayPal account or 2. via the Sage Pay portal where payment may be made by credit card (all transactions are SSL encrypted and secured). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Frydays always respect the right to privacy of all visitors to our website. Because the internet is not a secure medium we have implemented all reasonable security measures to, where possible, protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information placed under our control.


We aim to deliver within one hour of receiving the order, however times can be longer depending on distance, time of day and other factors outside our control. We aim for collection orders to be ready 20 minutes after receiving an order but this could be up to an hour during busy periods. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you where possible.


We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone.Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.


Customers must be aged 18 or over to use our on line ordering and by placing an order through our site, you warrant that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (b) you are at least 18 years old.

Delivery Charge

Our delivery charge is £2.00 per delivery.

Deliveries are subject to a minimum order value of £10.00 (excluding delivery charges). All orders below the minimum order value must be collected.

Delivery Area

Deliveries can be made within a 3 mile radius of our premises at: 7 Long Knowle Lane, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton WV11 1HZ. Our postcode checker will confirm if your order is valid for delivery at checkout.

Customers whose postcodes lie within our delivery area are given the choice of "Home Delivery" or "Customer to Collect" when confirming their order at the checkout.

Orders From Outside Our Delivery Area

Customers whose postcodes lie outside of our delivery area will need to telephone us on 01902 728133 to place their order and must collect their order.

Order/Delivery Timescales

Our aim is to provide the fastest delivery service possible and to deliver orders within one hour of the customer placing an order, however times can be longer depending on distance, time of day and other factors outside our control.

We aim to have collection orders ready to collect within 20 minutes however during busy periods these times may vary.
